What to expect for our first session
To book please submit your information through the contact form on the homepage. Provide a telephone number where I can reach you. I will contact you with a free phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit. Thank you for considering working with me and congratulations on starting your journey of healing. ​

The day before your appointment I will send a reminder via text message. If you are coming to my office for your treatment please arrive on time. Please make sure you have completed No.1 and 2
For in home appointments, I will arrive 10 to 15 minutes before hand to set up for your treatment. I will need access to a sink to wash my hands and we will need No. 1, 2, and 3 completed.

INTAKE FORM
Please fill out my intake form (Click the link here). This allows me to review a comprehensive medical history to evaluate if treatments are safe for your situation.

HYDRATION
Drinking at least 30 oz of water is essential to a effective treatment. It is required to drink water 1-2 hours before a lymphatic drainage treatment and to continue drinking water for 6 to 12 hours after your treatment.​

SPACE & SHEETS
A space for a massage table that is clear and ready for your treatment. Approximately 6 x 10’ in size. A pair of clean sheets of any size is required for your safety and sanitation. For treatments in pregnancy, an additional pillowcase, two king pillows and two standard pillows will be needed.
FAQS
When should you avoid getting a treatment?
If you have an infection or are currently on your cycle is best to wait to get a treatment. For infections, you can schedule your appointment for the tail end of taking your prescribed round of antibiotics.

How should I dress?
Please wear loose clothing to your appointment and it is best to avoid alcohol, caffeine and any diuretic.

Can I eat before a treatment?
It is best to avoid heavy meals and try to eat light.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once booked please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time and I will issue you a full refund, anything passed 48 hours and the full amount is owed.
